This privacy policy applies only to this website. If you follow links to other websites, please inform yourself there about how your data is handled.

The following provisions inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (for example, when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Contacting us

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by email, the information you provide, including your contact details, will be stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data entered in the contact form is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and delivered to us by email. We use a technical service provider to send this email, which processes the data solely for this purpose. Please only submit the information necessary for a first contact.

We store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the specific and legitimate purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer storage period is required by law. All data stored in connection with a contract remains stored for the entire term of the contract.

Hosting and server log files

This website is served via Cloudflare Pages. The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data cannot be attributed to specific persons and is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to review this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

This website itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and does not load fonts from third parties.

Google Maps

The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open that page, a connection to Google’s servers is established, transmitting among other things your IP address and technical information about your browser to Google, possibly also to the USA. Google may set cookies. The map is embedded in our legitimate interest in showing our practice address clearly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For details, see Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you can contact us or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
